As a Guardians' fan I would do this deal yesterday. Good job!
Hard to say no (at least on paper) from Cleveland's side of this deal.
I'd give a good 3rd piece to the Dodgers to make this happen. It wouldn't be a top 10 prospect, but still a good one.
