Rays have several breakout stars in the outfield this year and can afford to part with one of them. Rays need help at catcher though. Does this trade help both teams? It certainly helps the Rays.

I know Pitt is still trying to work him back into catching shape after missing a year but I'm surprised they're playing him so much at 1B, I would have went with Davis and let Endy get work at AAA instead of using so much of his service clock up.
Pitt has holes with no obvious solutions. In any event, Endy is on IL now and Davis is up.
