I'd be happy swap him for Cijntje, but I figure you got to give something to get something. Being a sellers market, you will have to pay up. Adding these 3 players would be a massive boost and put them in WS conversations
Not going to lie, the Phillies can lead with Crawford in a deal, who Cleveland wants way more than Ford, but the Phillies don't have a strong pitcher to put with him, so if Seattle offers Ford and Sloan, it's a way stronger offer than what the Phillies can put with Crawford. Ford/Sloan combo would be the key to get Clase IF they made him available.
I didn't know if Guardians would rather Arroyo or Celestin over Ford. I just saw a previous trade with the players going to the Guardians and it had quite a few likes so used the same ones
Honestly I feel like Cleveland wants a near MLB ready bat, which Ford fits... A top 100 SP prospect, which Sloan fits plus some for Clase... Garcia makes sense because Cleveland wants more LHP relief depth and 97 from a lower angle never hurts. I honestly still think it may be a little short for Cleveland price range, since I know they are going to be bullish... Who else Cleveland would want is hard to say, but it would either be like a Rodden or like a DSL type probably
