A lot depends on if you think Sproat's last 3 starts represent his turning the corner in AAA. They were excellent starts but was it a hot streak or real progress? The return is a bit light if you consider the A's position; they have no need or urgency to trade him in the next week. What about adding Ronny Mauricio to the mix?

I was tracking Sproat's last start to try and answer my question about his recent performance... and it was meh. My guess is a 3rd piece would be necessary to push it over the goal line and Mauricio might be the choice. Thanks for the response.
