I think if Warren can stay healthy (standard caveat for pitchers) he can have a good career as a #4 SP. I believe there's an argument to be made that, with a tweak here or there, he could end up a #3. But I don't see TOR potential and I believe the A's already have arms in-system that rival that 3/4 profile. This is a solid offer but I think the A's have to respectfully decline.
