Background on why I proposed this trade- "The Padres entertaining trade offers on Dylan Cease and Robert Suarez while also trying to win (1:25)". Padres get a decent closer after sending theirs to the phillies. The Cardinals get a fill in closer and take Romano off Philly's hands, and the Phils send a young arm to appease, and so do the Padres send a young arm in the deal. Plus there is talk about moving Luzardo to the bullpen. Cease fills in the spot in the rotation.
