Off-season. Could see it. Josh Lowe is perpetually loved by the metrics, hated by the scouts. He's got a 5 win season in him. He does. He is the ultimate change of philosophy candidate. I don't think he has anywhere near this value, but just curious of other' valuation. He and Shane Baz are trending towards non-tenders.

I’d rather the Rays nontender the entire coaching staff before nontendering either of Lowe or Baz. What an awful year they’ve had. Every player seems to regress or get worse under their tutelage, including all the deadline acquisitions. I hope new ownership moves on from Cash and his crew.
