Honestly, I feel like De La Cruz is a bit overrated in this, but don't get me wrong he's a good player. Cleveland needs to add De La Cruz to Kwan, not subtract Kwan to get De La Cruz... Cleveland is going for the playoffs so this move isn't good for Cleveland at all...
