This is an interesting proposal.
Not interested in this if I'm the Phillies. Phillies can just wait a season and try to sign him without giving up their 2 best prospects and they can afford to wait with their pitching rotation being among the best in the league.
The Phillies biggest strength is their starting pitching, so don't see a world where they trade their two best prospects for one year of Skubal
