3Good value for the Cards, but maby would I like Sirota rather than Freeland
I get it & if they trade Nado, they will need him. I just have coveted Sirota since the Cards passed on him in the Draft for a Hobbit P named Holiday. Their bigger need is OF offense. OPS+ for the OF in '25 was awful.
I wouldn't be strictly opposed to that for the Cardinals. My thinking was that Freeland is a switch hitter with positional versatility. He could end up providing a younger version of what Donovan gives the Cardinals. The Cardinals end up filling the gap they create and add a pitcher.
