This has got to get the attention of the Ray's. 3 top 50 prospects as well another at 65 I think. Plus a toolsy SS prospect and light hitting but super defensive 3rd baseman. M's still keep their number 1 prospect and have 3 in the top 100 still.

Yes, this would get the Rays attention. I still don’t think the Rays would trade JC before Arb2 though. He is a pretty safe bet to produce at least 4 WAR next year (and 6-8 WAR wouldn’t surprise anyone). His trade value won’t be coming down anytime soon, even with fewer years of control. On the other hand, greater than 50% of prospects bust, even top prospects, and the package being offered by the Mariners might not include a single position player capable of producing 2+ WAR on a regular basis. Both pitchers are probably legit but the Rays have plenty of pitching prospects coming up the next few years. What they struggle to develop is good bats, to say nothing of someone like JC. So yeah, this is a great offer but I still don’t think it gets the Rays to trade JC.
