No. If the Reds move pitching for Robert it would be for pitcher(s) below Lowder’s tier.

You might be right on this one. All comes down to if the Reds think Robert will be much better at GABP. It's a gamble. To soften the blow I have given the reds a decent RP and half of Robert's first year salary.
