I don’t think the Rays would be interested in this trade, but I kind of like it.

Ha, yes I really never know what the Rays are thinking or needing. I figured all teams could use a good solid #3 pitcher and reds need a young cost controlled OF. Lewis is a good SS for near future.
Rays are in rebuild mode, so I’m not sure they’d want a pitcher with just 1 year of control. I’m not that high on Gillen though, so I’d be fine turning him into a power bat 2B and whatever the Rays get for Singer at the deadline.
