I will be honest... If we did this at the offset of the offseason, I would throw it in the maybe category, but they signed Armstrong, they grabbed a Bullpen arm in the rule 5... They signed two on MLB deals then readded Hernandez, Avila and Allard... They need Martinez way more than Mena... Martinez actually hit lefties at a solid clip... .279/.349/.442, plus it is not like he is an old man, hes super young... This deal is a definite no...
Yes.I know that about Martinez. Thats why Arizona wanted him in my mind. He could spell 2B when Marte DHs and be RH platoon in OF.

But make sure you trade what Cleveland wants back... If you told me Barrosa plus Virahonda, then yeah, Cleveland would think about it since they need Barrosa, but Cleveland is not moving Martinez for more pitching... They need to add more hitting not trade hitting for pitching.
